On the invoice or packing list that was in the box that your order came in, the SO number can be found near the upper right-hand corner of the page.  To ensure that you receive proper credit in the shortest amount of time, please do not return items without the proper fields completed on the shipping label.  You may contact customer service here with any questions you may have.
